PM won't launch

Photo Mechanic won't launch. This is the first time it's exhibited this behaviour.  Thanks for your help!
Copy and paste from the crash log:

Just realized that one of the IT people was reinstalling the OS earlier today.  Checked it and it shows 10.3.
Guess I'll try updating it to 10.3.9 and see if that fixes it. Thanks-
