Triggering post-ingest script or program - possible or not?
« on: November 21, 2015, 07:05:04 AM »
I'm new to Photo Mechanic, so this may be covered somewhere without my knowing it.

Is there a configuration option in Photo Mechanic to allow a command-line program or script to run at the end of the ingestion process? I'd like to have Adobe DNG Converter automatically be triggered to convert the files in my working directory to DNG. I can also see a number of ExifTool-related uses for this.

No, there is no option/feature to run a script on images after they're ingested.
