Uploader details fail to connect to Photoshelter
« on: December 06, 2015, 01:16:15 PM »
Hi Team

I have installed Photo Mechanic version 5 build 16960 today. Now the file uploader to Photoshelter fails to recognise log in details to both my websites. The information required is entered correctly although no login success and a message: Error: certificate verify failed.

Please could you suggest a solution? Thank you very much

Thank you.

DJ S

Same thing here and with a lot of photographers over here.
Any idea?

I can log in, I see all my galleries, but can't upload all files fail.

We are working on a fix for the "certificate verify failed" error. A new build containing the fix will be posted soon.

I am having the same problem. All of my photoshelter accounts are now gone since updating.

Until the new build is posted, I suggest downgrading to the previous build.

You can get it here:
