Watermarking with logo
« on: January 29, 2016, 03:17:08 AM »
I wonder if you can help.
I have a logo as a .PNG which I wish to use as a watermark.  The image is about three times as wide as it is tall.
I have ticked the bottom left box on the Watermarking menu and the logo appears in the bottom left corner, but I am trying to do it in a fairly specific location - for example 10% from the bottom of the image and across 50% of the image width.
Does the PM constrain or define the precise area that the logo can appear in, after the box has been ticked, as I am struggling to get the logo, which is much bigger in pixels width than the picture, to appear much more than about 15% of the width of the picture. Does the adjacent the Height Box have any relevance?
There is also an option to 'Draw near outside edges'. Could you tell me how close is 'near'?
Any details that you can share would be really useful.

Martin,

Here is the documentation for the feature:

I'm not sure it is capable of achieving the results you're after.
