Ingest priority option

So, my request for a future version of PM is an option set priority to ingest tagged images first, then the rest afterwards.  Instead of now ingesting tagged images only, then doing another incremental ingest after to get the rest.

This option is already ON. Test is, if you tag a few images, they will show up first at ingest.

The OP wants to ingest all images instead of locked images only and wants the locked images to get copied over before the non-locked images get copied.  (I think.)
