No map in "Edit/Set GPS Coordinates" window

The missing maps has been a problem for a while.  It's not a big problem or others would have complained. 

Photo Mechanic Version 5.0, build 17146 (60130ac) on Windows 7 / 64 bit with all current updates

When the "Set GPS Coordinates" window is opened, the map is blank for about half a second, then the Hillsboro map appears for about half a second, then the map blanks.  This sequence is repeated every time the set gps coordinates window is opened.

The "File/Import GPS Coordinates" map window behaves as expected.  Attached are the screen shots, the first us "Set GPS Coordinates", the second is "Import GPS Coordinates:

Can you use Internet Explorer (it's what PM uses to render maps on Windows) to visit the following URL and make note of any errors Internet Explorer reports?

Also: if you click the "Show on map" button, does the map come back?
