IPTC Field - Options for Composition

Is there a way to add additional options to the Composition drop-down menu? In addition to Headshot, Half Length and Full Length, it would be nice to have "Three Quarter Length" as an option.

That is a Getty Images-specific field.  They are values that Getty Images wants.  We can't really change them unless Getty wants them changed.

Perhaps a fields you can add values to, with the option to filter by Getty/Rex etc?
