error uploading to 500px

latest PM version, gives error during upload attempt:

The 500px template encountered an error while uploading files. The error was: #<SecurityError: Insecure: can't intern tainted string>     ./ruby/lib/ruby/1.8/simple_oauth.rb:84:in `attributes'     (eval):220:in `value'     (eval):220:in `sandbox'     (eval):920:in `kickoff_background_upload'

please advise
