Mike,

I'm having this issue as well.  Cards will randomly not erase and unmount.  Cards will erase and unmount one time then the next time they won't. 

Would you be willing to try some test builds of PM5 for me so we can get to the bottom of this problem?  We're unable to reproduce the problem with unmounting (or erasing) on our systems with the cards/card readers that we have available to us.

I'll try a new build.  But oddly, I just tried to replicate at home with my disks and cameras, but couldn't duplicate it.  It was happening with with disks I was working with in Chicago and Green Bay last week.  Heading back to green bay tomorrow and I'll see if it happens again.
