Rating and Color label dont work in Lr

Guys, my problen is, i already did everything to config the PM 5 to sync with Lr and didnt work nothing for color label and rating

I am running Photo Mechanic version 5 with Windows 7x64

I dont know whats happen, but i did everything in this video tutorial, but didnt work...

One thing that i note is: When i import photos already color mark to lightroom he didnt recognize the color and stars, but after import to Lr, i mark Stars in the PM and click in the Lr to "Read Metadata from File" and Lr recognize the  rating and color label.

Plz help!

That process is still working for us.  For troubleshooting this, we suggest contacting Technical Support directly. That way they can go back and forth and walk you through step by step.

If you have Skype, arrange a voice chat via your email communication to the support folks.  They should be able to accommodate you.
