Email Attachments changing original dpi to 125
« on: January 19, 2017, 02:05:48 PM »
Hi there
massive user of photo mechanic but i am stumped.
sent pics to client the other day a couple of full size jpegs exported from photoshop @ 300 dpi.
when i send them though they are changed to 125 dpi, still same pixel dimensions but resolution changed from 300 - 125 dpi.
have tried using outlook and also mac mail and still the same outcome.
any help to stop this would be helpful
thanks in advance

What happens if you take the photos and zip them up and then attach the zip archive?  Does the DPI change for the user?
