PM and NAS

Hello .
I have recently buy a Nas (Synology DS216j). There is 2 disk in Raid1. I am using a MACBOOK.
I have made some test, when I connect in SMB, the speed of the transfert  in Finder is very low. But When I connect in AFP, then the speed is correct.  (I have also tried to connect in NFS mode, but I didn't succeed :-/).

So, Now I am using the NAS connected in AFP mode.
But when I try to ingest some pictures with PM to this NAS (on a share folder), the speed transfert is very low :-/ .

So .... do you have any suggestion how to use it properly ? What would be the faster/better configurations to use ?
Any suggestion is welcome :D

Om -- you may want to post this to a synology forum.  This isn't really a PM issue.
You also might want to grab the blackmagic disk speed test app from the Mac App store to arm yourself with real data.
