Code replacement problem

I use Code replacement To rename files with the camera model by serial # - it work for all but the D800 - which just gives me the serial # - Any ideas - here is the text I use - {frame4}-JAS\{serialnum}\{iyr2}{imn0}{Idy0}
here is the result =  1321-JAS-3015562-170618 oddly the second "-" also is a mystery?

What is the exact serial number PM sees for your D800? Perhaps it contains additional characters that cause the code replacement to fail.

3015562 is what PM shows but the dash (-) that shows up is also weird. I see nothing changing other than the digits from a D4 to the D800???

Please provide a sample D800 image and your Code Replacement file.  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your files.

Here they are - Had to change to JPG to fit file size constraint!
