much renamed jpg's with original Raw

Hi,
yesterday my hard disk crashed.I had made a selection (about 1000  from 4000 photos), i edited (1000 that i selected from  photomechanic) in lightroom and i RENAMED them!!!
Then i exported in jpg (renamed) and i upload them in zenfolio.
I have back up raw files in another disk, but with the original filename.
My question is, if i can from zenfolio jpgs to  find the raw in photomechanic!

No, not in any automated way.  There is nothing to connect the new name with the old names based on what you've described.
