Embedding directly into Fuji RAF (RAW) files

I'm slowly moving away from Nikon to Fuji (as are quite a lot of pro photographers). I love to use PM to quickly add keywords to my Nikon RAW photos, but PM writes sidecar files for Fuji RAF files, which in my case is a no go. So I then need to use the jpg version, which I don't want.

Are you good folks working on Fuji RAW photos? TIA

We used to embed XMP in Fuji RAW files but enough other software couldn't handle embedded XMP on RAFs that we disabled the feature.  Unless other software changes (or has changed) we won't be re-enabling embedding of XMP (or IPTC) with Fuji RAFs.
