Keyword Duplicate Entries

When entering keywords to an image either using the Stationery Pad or directly I get duplicate entries, see attached screenshot. I must be dong something wrong, how can I correct this please?

Please post one of your images that has duplicate metadata.

Please post one of your images that has duplicate metadata.

You posted a screenshot of the image.   Kirk is looking for the actual image with the data in it.

I only see "Pleasley Vale, Wood" in the IPTC Info once.

I'd like to see your "Info Text" settings.  Edit->Settings->Set Info Text...

Copy and paste the text in your reply, please.

I am still not sure that it is not me and my understanding of how keywords work that is the problem.
