Applying IPTC Info to Multiple Images

I've ingested 300+ photo's into PhotoMechanic. I've filled out a IPTC Stationary Pad and saved it. When i select all the photo's and try to apply the IPTC info to the photo's, I get an error message saying there were errors during the apply to selected operation. Any suggestions what might be happening. I don't see anything concerning fixing this error. Thanks.

I forgot to add that I'm using a Trial Version of PhotoMechanic. Could this possible be the cause of this error.
