How do I copy info from ingest pull downs to another computer?

How do I copy info from ingest pull downs to another computer?

I need to copy all of my city, state, category, caption writer, etc. lists to a laptop.  Is there a certain file that contains this info that I can just copy to the new computer?

Not to be pedantic, but I'll guess you mean IPTC pull downs.

Open up Preferences.  At the bottom left of the dialog is a button titled "Export..."  Click on it.  When you see the Export Preferences Settings dialog, you can choose what gets exported.  Click the Export button.  Save the file with a name that you like.  Copy the file to your other system.  Open up Preferences on that system.  Click on the "Import..." button.  Find the file and choose it.  It will now have the settings from your other computer.
