Arrangement Behavior

Hi,
after importing my files in the sorting method "capture time" I want to change to manual arrangement to give the mot important pictures on top. But after changing the method to "Arrangement" the sorting of all files start to a very unexpected behaviour (see my screenshot). What is wrong?

Prior to switching to Arrangement sort use the "Make Arrangement" from the View menu.  Once you switch to Arrangement sort, the images should remain in the same order.  Then you can rearrange them by dragging them to new locations.
