Import Mac Finder Tags into IPTC Keywords?

Does PM, or any other Mac software package with a GUI have the ability to copy Mac Finder tags into the IPTC Keywords metadata field?

When I tried doing this using PM Variables, I found that the 'tag' variable will let me display the presence of keywords but not bring them in from a definable source like the 'folder/fdlr' variable does.

ExifTool by Phil Harvey will do this function using the command line in Terminal but I was hoping to find a more user-friendly, less 'programmer' way of accomplishing it.
