Problem on "Ingest locked only"

Hey there Support Team,

i am trying to use the function "ingest locked photos only" on Photomechanics, but it is not working. I am always receiving an Error Code.
I am running Photo Mechanic Version 5.0, build 19252 (b2467f1) on macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.3

This function would be a BIG performance boost to my workflow as i am shooting Sports and usually there is just little time to deliver the pix.

Any hints what i can do or check?

I'd like to see your Photo Mechanic log.  In Photo Mechanic go to the Help menu and choose "Reveal Support Data..." and moments later a Finder window will come forward with the zipped log file selected.  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your zipped PM log file.

Thanks for the log file.  If you try to copy these two files with the Finder to the same folder as you were ingesting into, are you able to copy the files?

EOS_DIGITAL/DCIM/100EOS1D/PRM_5420.CR2
EOS_DIGITAL/DCIM/100EOS1D/PRM_5422.CR2

The destination was: Extreme 500/20180217 Rocks vs Flames/20180220/

If not, then I think something is failing on your camera card.

Copying with the finder works fine. no problem there.

If i ingest with PM and check "copy locked and unlocked photos" PM also ingests only the unlocked ones. for the locked one´s there are errors.

any thaughts?

That's odd.  The same code is used to copy the files in all cases, the only difference is in what specific files are copied.  I suggest at this point to use out tech support folks.  You contacting our them at:

Calling them will allow them to interactively troubleshoot with you.

Did you contact them previously and have a bad experience?
