No IPTC 'tabs'

Windows 10, PM5 Build 19695

When I open the IPTC view (Image >> IPTC Stationary Pad) I'm not getting any 'tabs' on the page.

That is, there is no options at the bottom of the page - Clear, Load, Save, Variables etc... there's just nothing there.

I've changed resolution, deactivated, cleared and re-installed all to no avail.


The tabs / options are all there when I open the IPTC on individual photos just not there under the Image >> IPTC when I want to create a new pad. Nor are they there when I access the pad through the Ingest dialogue....


Everything was working fine until I had an entirely different problem during the week (linking to Twitter) but there's just nothing there now

In Preferences->Accessibility, click on the button to customize the IPTC Stationery Pad.  Use the defaults.  If this doesn't fix the problem then I suggest contacting our support folks at:

No joy with that I'm afraid...  :(


Cleared and Re-Installed it again but still nothing

Quick Update..

I applied the Classic IPTC Dialogue under that accessibility tab and that's working fine.

Tried switching back and forth thinking it might 'jog' the newer one but no joy..

Classic will do me fine as a quick fix for the moment anyway as I have a busy 10 days ahead
