Writing appears squashed and overlapping

Hi.  Could anybody help with this problem where the writing overlaps the tick boxes.  I recently updated to the latest mac software.  Please see attached screen grab.  Thanks in advance

I expect that you're running a fairly old version of Photo Mechanic 5.  You can get the latest version here: http://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=11666.0

It should solve your issue.
