Photo Mechanic freezing in macbook pro 2018

I never had a problem with PM. All was always lighting fast.
Few days ago I bought a new macbook (I am a Mac user), an Intel I7 with 16gb of ram.
PM on this macbook is really slow when I scroll the pics, never happened before.
It often freezes while I am reviewing the photos.
Can you help me?

Make sure you have the latest build of Photo Mechanic. http://www.camerabits.com/downloads/
