PM v.6: preview not updated

Hi

after doing some changes to a file by an external editor, the previewwindow in PM 6 doesn't show the changes, the thumbnails do show the changes.

What is the file type?
What OS version are you using?

I have the same issue. If I have edited the TIF photo in PS, PM6 is showing the old version. Thumbnail as well in preview mode. An edited JPEG works fine.
