tagging issue...solved.

Where is the box to enable modification on disks, (cards).  In PM5, it is in preferences for files.  Not in PM6.  I always tag my photos and add iptc before I ingest as I only bring onto drive the files I need.  What gives?  Where is the box to enable modification? 


update...card was 100% full.

What permissions does the folder "10290320" have that won't allow Photo Mechanic to create a temporary file?

On top of what Kirk is asking for, it looks like you are editing directly on the memory card (don't!), perhaps it's simply write protected or full?

I always "edit" on the card...by editing, it is adding iptc info, and crop, and cutlines.  I"ve never felt the need to import/ingest 300 pics when I"m only going to use 10.
