Preview Mode -- images very dark and with low contrast
« on: April 11, 2019, 11:20:55 PM »
Windows 7, PM 6.0 (build 2818)

Hi!
When I "preview" an image, some appear as if they are behind a screen; they are very dark and have very low contrast.
This is true even when the thumbnails at the bottom appear with the correct exposure.

Any ideas?

Thank you,
:-)
Vanessa

Can you share an image that exhibits this problem? Also do you have raw rendering turned-on?

Sounds like you have a really small crop on your images and the crop shield area (the darkening effect of pixels outside the crop) is darkening the rest of your image.  Does this happen to all images, even those that have no crop?
