PM 6 Lag in Preview

PM 6.0, build 3023 (40f5885)

When advancing or rating in the preview window, there is a noticable lag thta makes it impossible to cull.

The problem occurs with both jpegs and raw.

The problem is nonexistent in PM 5: I can advance, tag or rate as fast as humanly possible with no delay.

Additionally, in PM 6 it takes 8.5 seconds to advance 48 photos in the flimstrip view when holding the forward arrow key down.  In PM 5 it takes 4 seconds.

Settings are identical on both PM 6 & PM 5.

What should I do?

Unfortunately there is not much that you can do to improve things.  The fix for the problem is going to require significant work on our part to solve.
