Ingest task pop up dialog

See attached, doesn't go away after ingesting images
If I put my cursor on the taskbar icon i get this:

All tasks have completed, the dialog box is still there even though it is set to automatically hide.
In fact in the the first image the task has finished yet shows the progress bar as not finished.

We are having difficulty reproducing this issue. From your screen shot, it looks like the Tasks pane shows last 3 tasks as complete, however your task pop-up dialog shows that the last task is still copying. There appears to be a disconnect there.
Could you please post a screen shot of your "Ingest" dialog? (File->Ingest...)?
