filtering - probably just a newbie question
« on: June 09, 2019, 02:30:44 AM »
Hello,
first of all congratulations for the fantastic job you are doing on PM+, catalogues & collections are the features I was missing in previous versions of PM.
Now my question:
I understand how to work out selections adding filtering windows and selecting the criteria I wish (and/or logic).
But I am not able to filter out something from a selection (ex: select all 5 stars photos but the ones color classified red), the only way to achieve it is to filter 5 star photo and all tags colors but the one I want to exclude.
To be more specific, I am trying to filter all photos that are in a folder (which has many sub folders) excluding the photos that are in a couple of specific subfolders.
I understand that I can select (one by one) all subfolders I want to include but I cannot find a way to tell PM+, once I selected the main folder,  to exclude some specific subfolders.
What am I missing?
Thanks
A.

Hi,
I don't think it is possible to select the main folder but to leave out some especific subfolders...only by using some filtering criteria.
