There seems to be a new release, but it has no release notes. Hope that it isn’t a fake.

Not a fake.  There was a problem with users getting a false free upgrade message with PM5 license activations that were ineligible for a free upgrade.  Our support people were getting inundated with users confused by the situation.  Unfortunately the build was not updated to include the proper readme.
