F5 (Refresh) deletes Favorites entries

In PMech 6.0 build 3331 [unmerged], the F5 key, which should perform a refresh, deletes all but one of the Favorites entries. This has happened twice so far. In both cases, the same single Favorite was left. I am running a fully updated Windows 10 PC. Any suggestions?
