Ingseting dulipcates help needed

I have checked the box 'Incremental ingest:copy new photos only" and PM is still ingesting duplicates.

It's just ingested a 128gb card again!

I really need a fix for this.

For troubleshooting this, a call to the free support line would probably be faster. We can tell you this is supposed to work, but finding out why it is not working will take some back and forth.
