re-arranging meta data fields

I did this (rearranged metadata fields in my iptc template) a while back but can't remember how I did it. I am in PM 6 on a mac.
Any helpful reminder of the instructions would be appreciated.

Preferences->Accessibility

Then click the "Metadata (IPTC) Info" or "Metadata (IPTC) Template" buttons to customize the two dialogs.
