3558 update won't open certain folders

Downloaded the 3558 update and things have got worse that they were. Not only is it slow but when I click on certain folders they simply do not open for some strange reason.
Im running Windows 10

Im running Windows 10

Perhaps you could post an example of a full path that won't open?

I'm not sure how I could help you otherwise.
