How do I embedd a link for an internetaddress in the captionfield so that it is shown as a clickable link, eg. in Flickr?

You can't make it clickable, captions are "pure text" and have no notion of formatting. What you can do is include the link as text. It just won't be clickable.

To be sure, you can totally add HTML into your caption by hand, and it will carry through to Flickr just fine and then appear as a link. Just be aware you have HTML and using it in some other place it might not render as HTML
