Hi all. I'm a very longtime user of PM but only recently (last year or so) have intermittently experienced the issue below. First, some of the usual needed info. I use Fuji cameras, XT2 and XT3 and shoot in Raw and jpeg at the same time. I drive macs and always have the latest PM running. Build 6.0 right now, on both a new MacBook Pro with 32gb ram, and an iMac running 10.14.6 Mojave. I always use PM in conjunction with the Adobe CC suite. Typically, I drag a folder of camera disk images over the PM icon rather than used the ingest feature. When the images display, they indicate as jpeg and Raw, and then I use the IPTC stationary pad to attach a generic caption to all the photos. When things are working well, I can then open any of there images, and it should default to Raw so that Camera Raw can offer me the toning options that it does. Frequently though, I see "hits" or lines of color or disjointed, out of sync photos in the preview mode and "if" they will open in Photoshop with the cmd e stroke, they appear corrupted. Some examples are attached. This seems to really happen to the jpeg image, but only the Raw. I have to go back to the original camera disk and open them directly from the camera card rather than the folder I moved the selection to after attaching stationary pad. In other words, original files are fine, but something is going wrong when using PM. In the past when this has occurred, sometimes relaunching PM or rebooting my Mac seemed to help but not always remedy. Sine this occurs on both my iMac and a new MB Pro, I suspect it is something I am doing wrong with my use of the application. The Raw files are of course, large so if someone needs to look at a couple of them that have refused to open, I can furnish another way. On occasion, I get a "can not parse this file and open it" msg from Photoshop, so that is downstream from PM handing the file. If I drop the files in question directly on PS, they will open either in Camera Raw or as jpegs do in Photoshop if not Raw files. For what it's worth, I also include video files to be grabbed by PM just so that is some IPTC info on them, but those become corrupt as well, shot full or artifacts. Original video files play fine from the disk when leaving PM out of the equation. Sorry this is long. I may just need to call support directly, but wanted to get this out there.
