We can't render those files and they don't contain suitable previews.  We suggest converting them to the DNG format.  You'll find that PM then just works with them (especially if you choose to include large JPEG previews) and a lot more other software works with them as well.

The Adobe DNG Converter is free software available at adobe.com

there have imbedded jpg FastRawViewer hows it without problems.

That program specifically renders RAW files.  Photo Mechanic does not have a RAW rendering engine at its core.
