Sticky favorite folder reference
« on: September 04, 2019, 11:04:58 PM »
Windows 10, PM Plus 6 build 3635 (b82856b)

I intentionally deleted a couple of folders from my image disk using a disk tool. Those folders were referenced in the list of favorites. PM+6 rightfully showed them as missing (screenshot attached).

Right click -> Remove worked as expected, but for that session only. PM+6 keeps reporting them missing in subsequent sessions. Is there a simple way to remove the folder reference that makes PM+6 report deleted folders missing when I decide that they are not?

Sounds like PM is unable to modify/update your Windows registry.  For a problem like this, I suggest contacting our support folks at:

Ok, thanks. I removed the entries from PM's favorite list in the registry, they do not show up in PM+ anymore. One of the dangling favorites appeared twice in the list, which may have confused PM+.

I'll probably learn pretty soon if I fixed a minor annoyance by introducing a lot of major ones :-)
