Ingest Errors in PM 5

When ingesting from a single or multiple cards via a Lexar Professional Workflow hub to a single folder, when I click away from PM I get ingest errors and message associated with the cards being unmounted from the Mac. This has happened on every ingest going back to around the middle of August.

Running PM 5 (build 19749,) on a 2016 MacBook Pro (OS 10.13.16, 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB memory)

The attached images shows 2 SD cards being ingested, if I click onto another program/desktop the cards are unmounted with ingest errors, if I stay on PM the ingest completes without errors and then unmount the cards as per the settings.
