I have just downloaded PM6 and it seems to work fine, except I am unable to tag or rank by star images that are saved as BMP files.  If I use Photoshop to convert the image to a JPG I can us PM6 to do anything that the APP will do, but not as a BMP file.  I can upload the BMP images and reorder them and copy them etc, just not tag or star them?

cphaix additional info:  I am new to this forum I am running PM6 build 3588 on Mac Pro (late 2013) with MacOSMojave 10.14.6

BMP files can not hold the metadata necessary for this to work. In fact, other than the basic BMP image data, they don't really contain any metadata at all. You'll need to convert to another format (e.g. TIFF) that can hold metadata to be able to tag, rate, etc.
