PM 4.5, mousewheel sensitivity, intel iMAC

Kirk,

scrolling through pictures the wheel of my mightymouse is much more sensitiv then in other programms. I have to move the slider in the OS X prevererences to the leftmost (slowlly) to work in PM to some extent.

When we receive a scroll wheel event, we scroll by the delta of the event rounded to the next integer value.  I'll see what I can do to make it less sensitive on small-delta returning scroll wheels.
