Woke up my computer today & heard a lot of disk activity on my Drobo (which is super noisy and always busy doing something.)
Anyway, I realize it is Photo Mechanic furiously ingesting images. But, what? Turns out I'd left a couple of cards mounted and somehow had "auto-ingest" selected AND did not have incremental ingest elected. The two options that are always reversed in my workflow.
No idea how all the stars aligned. Roughly 900 gigabytes later, I turned it off.
Anyway, I'm this completely operator error and funny to me. (So not looking for support.)
