Hi,

when the photos are already organised in lightroom, what is the advantage of PM 6+? Or is it better to organize in PM 6+ instead of lightroom?

That's the whole point.
It should be better to organize your photos in PM6+ than in Lightroom (in the near future I firmly believe it should be).
