Search a catalog for a specific string in filenames,

Can this be done with filters and if so how? Have tried variations of custom search which will find text strings but not specifically confined to filenames.

I have used Quick Search with:
Filename = "mytext"

and it finds files like  2019_xyzmytext_landscape.DNG

I haven't tried anything more sophisticated than something like that. YMMV

Thanks, I was having trouble figuring out just how to write that expression. I was using "contains" in the expression and playing with wildcards (*) as place holders. Never though of just using "=".
