I see banding in PM that I don't see in Photoshop.
Please see the attached screenshot.

What might be the problem?

WIN10, PM 5.0 - build 19749 (20d085a)

I don't see any banding in your images.  I see a blurred out face in both images.

I think what he means is the banding in the black background, that I do see on the PM preview while it is absent from the PS preview. You may need a good monitor to be able to see it since it is very subtle.

I guess for us to really understand the cause, we'll need the original image so we can check ourselves.
