Updated Keywords not Available

I didn't see this question asked anywhere conveniently. 

For the latest beta I just updated a bunch of images with keywords that were out of place.  In browse/IPTC/Keywords I don't see this update unless I select the out of date keyword and then it disappears.  Is there a way to force this update so I don't see it at all and it updates automatically?

That sounds like a bug.  You shouldn't have to do anything to get the Browse tree to update.
