Justification in the Proof Header and Proof Footer

When customizing the Proof Header and Proof Footer, is it possible to left justify these items?   Things are centered by default.

There is currently no way to control the justification.

That's definitely a "wish list" item as the proof documents would look much better that way.  I'd also love to be able to print proofs with the crop marks showing.
