Catalog 'Documents'
« on: July 18, 2020, 01:09:51 AM »
I noticed in the Manage Catalog dialog that entries in the catalog are referred to as Documents.  Would not 'Items' or 'Media Files' be better as to me a document is normally a text/Word file?  Of course some other term could be used but PMP is a media file manager and not a 'Document' manager.

Comments?

I suppose this could be changed, but documents is a reasonably generic term for images and videos.  If this really bothers a lot of people (please let us know, everyone) then we will consider changing it.

Good morning all,

"Document" is universal, no need to translate it ...
(Document, Dokument, Documento ...)

My opinion...  ;)
French and "English" with DeepL ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
