Can I request a CD of pm program to be sent?  My laptop does not connect to the internet and I use it in the field.

For the record, when I purchased my upgrade I received a (nicely packaged) CD with the reference guide as well.  I think thats the way Camera Bits always does it (send CD with registration certificate)
